  1. Ooh, lovely. *ENVY*

I’ve been lusting after a 17″ Powerbook for a little while but recently I decided that it wouldn’t really have enough poke to do PC emulation quite well enough for my needs.

Depending on what kind of grunt-power comes with the first Intel batch, I could see myself going for an Apple laptop running VPC for the odd bit of show-and-tell with a client.

Anyway, best of luck with your new Powerbook *TOTALLY JEALOUS!*

    1. cheers – we barely use the 15″, but I think we’d get far more from the 12″, as it’s small enough, almost, to slip in a pocket. And it’ll be useful downstairs for various stuff. We do have a TFT iMac in the livingroom, but it’s not accessible from the slouching area 🙂

and it is, of course, a vital business expense. Well, actually, it is – even though it gets little use. When we’re away we really do need it. Just wish we had the time toa ctually *get* away …

      *bounce*
