Indeed. One of the biggest cock-ups on my part was moving us over to a little ISDN digital system… only to later discover that (for some reason that I’ve never fully understood) we can’t do CLID on it.
And we suffer the same problem as you currently do. 🙁
Clients with no warning is not only *not good*, it can be a bloody disaster sometimes. 🙁
