I didn’t set foot out of the house. Not once. Not even to the shed or the garage. And have realised that the only money we spent was a quid or so on a tub of cream!
I spent a good deal of time in the kitchen, cooking up a load of stuff.
Spent far more time than we normally do in front of the television, too – watched In and Out on DVD on Saturday afternoon, and then Michael because it was just starting when we were channel flicking, and it looked just interesting enough to keep us through inertia. It wasn’t too bad for a rainy Saturday afternoon. Then X Factor in the evening – what on earth is wrong with the voting public?!
More cooking Sunday, and Stepmom on DVD in the evening. Now we have worked our way through the West Wing and Babylon 5 boxed sets, I am determined to watch some movies again.
And it rained. And this morning I found a mouseless head in the bathroom. By stepping on it – thanks, Lilith.
