I received the following e-mail from you overnight; it’s taken me quite a while to work out whether it is a spoof or not, but eventually I’ve discovered that it isn’t. But only by digging into SOA records and so forth, so I suggest you change your “from” address to something a little less confusing.
one of the reasons I thought it might be a phishing e-mail is that I do have an account at Lands End, but I am most emphatically *not* Mrs Pamela S Forbes. And I have no idea whether you have refunded me or her – I’m not due a refund, by the way. So I think you need to look into this.
if whoever is reading this doesn’t know what I’m talking about with regard to phishing e-mails, then please pass it on to someone technical.
